🛑 CANCELLATION & MODIFICATION
If you decide to change your mind about your purchase, please contact us at support@chriosupply.com and include your order number along with the modification details you would like to request.
We will notify you once your order has been successfully modified or canceled.
Please note that orders are only eligible for cancellation or modification within 12 hours of being placed.
After this 12-hour window, your order enters the processing stage and can no longer be changed or canceled.
Note: By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to all of the terms stated above.
🔄 EXCHANGES
Products purchased from CHRIO SUPPLY are eligible for exchange for a new item only if they meet one or more of the following conditions:

📦 The product is missing parts or accessories.

💥 The product is damaged, scratched, or dented during manufacturing or shipping.

❌ The product you received is different from the description or images displayed on our store.
We are committed to providing you with the highest-quality products and will gladly replace your order free of charge if any of the above conditions apply.
👉 Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can assist you with the exchange as quickly as possible.
💳 REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm its arrival and inform you whether your refund has been approved or denied.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be issued to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
⏱️ LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
If you have not received your refund yet, please follow these steps:

Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.

📑 WHAT TO PREPARE BEFORE FILING A CLAIM
To submit a claim, please email us at support@chriosupply.com and include the following required information:

Your order number.

Photos of the defective product.

If the issue is a printing error, include clear photos of the error.

If items are missing, include a photo of the package cover and detailed shipping label.
Our support team will carefully review the evidence provided. If your claim is approved, we will resend the product at no additional cost.
In rare cases where a replacement is not practical, we will refund the full cost of the eligible product, including shipping fees.
Note: We typically do not accept refunds or replacements caused by customer mistakes.
